Singapore Grand Prix: Can Verstappen be stopped?
Can Max Verstappen be stopped? On two fronts that is, stopped from winning today's Singapore Grand Prix and stopped from claiming the 2022 Formula 1 World Championship title in the process. Furthermore, can he be stopped from today at Marina Bay Circuit from winning his sixth F1 race in a row, his 12th of his campaign and the 32nd victory of his 158th Grand Prix. It will be a tough ask after a rare fumble by Red Bull in qualifying yesterday. Starting from an unlikely eighth on the grid, Verstappen was seething after Qualifying on Saturday after Red Bull messed up the fuel maths forcing the Dutch ace from aborting what looked to be a pole-winning lap on the night.
