Carlos Sainz tells Ferrari to be more like Red Bull

Carlos Sainz hopes that Ferrari can have a trouble-free and “consistent” end to the 2022 season. The Scuderia had not won a race since 2019 coming into the new season but, with changes taking place to the technical regulations, there was optimism coming into 2022. Indeed, Charles Leclerc led home Sainz for a one-two in the season opener in Bahrain, before the Monegasque won again in Melbourne. Sainz had crashed out of the Australian Grand Prix following issues in qualifying, setting problems at the start of the race and then a mistake while trying to climb back through the field, but the Italian side still had the lead in both championships as they left round three.
