Mercedes goes retro with AMG anniversary livery for Spa
Mercedes will be sporting a new look on its cars this weekend at the Belgian Grand Prix, opting to go back to the future with a retro look inspired by 55 years of AMG The high-performance subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz was founded in 1967 by Hans Werner Aufrecht and Erhard Melcher, and has been competing at the top levels of motor sport ever since. To mark the anniversary, Lewis Hamilton and George Russell's cars will this weekend feature a special AMG logo featuring a 55th-anniversary signet, as will the Mercedes AMG GT R safety car.
