Update | No second pole for Cassidy after grid penalty

Nyck de Vries and Robin Frijns were not able to break through in qualifying for the second E-Prix of New York. De Vries did manage to reach the quarter-finals on Sunday afternoon, but there the curtain fell for the 2019 Formula 2 champion. Frijns did not even manage to reach the knockout stage of qualifying. The pole position, like Saturday, was for Nick Cassidy. 0 Sergio Sette Camara set the fastest time of his group in qualifying by going around the track in 1:09.566. Nyck de Vries also managed to qualify for the quarter-finals. He is just over a tenth slower than Sette Camara and qualifies as number three of Group A for the last eight.
