Leclerc must report to stewards for 'unnecessarily slow driving'

The FIA is on a roll: after Lance Stroll, Sergio Perez and Alexander Albon, now Yuki Tsunoda, Guanyu Zhou and polesitter Charles Leclerc also have to report to the stewards.
