Red Bull Racing soon set to test prototype engine for 2026
Red Bull Racing's first engine project in Formula 1 is on track, reports team boss Christian Horner. A single-cylinder engine for 2026 will soon be on the test bench, even though the final rules that will take effect then have not yet been determined. Red Bull Powertrains is already busy developing the engine for 2026. Meanwhile, rumours of a possible collaboration with Porsche are fanning out and the scenario is all but ruled out by Horner.
