Video: Incredible helmet cam shows how close Leclerc came to Verstappen
Video To news overview © RN365/Michael Potts Charles Leclerc congratulated Max Verstappen following the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, after his old karting rival got the better of him with a late move for the lead. The race-deciding overtake came on Lap 46 of the 50-lap event, and was completed following a nail-biting fight between the Red Bull and Ferrari cars. But with four laps still to go, Leclerc was able to remain right on the tail of Verstappen all the way to the line, taking the flag just half a second later. As he followed closely, the Monegasque driver clocked the fastest lap of the race, a 1:31.634, and now helmet cam footage has allowed fans the chance to get an even closer view...
