Why Gasly was left 'screaming in pain' during Saudi Arabian GP

Having qualified P9, Gasly suffered the misfortune of pitting just before the deployment of the Safety Car during the Grand Prix, dropping him out of the top 10. The Frenchman nevertheless recovered to take his first points of the 2022 season, but revealed afterwards that he was struggling with intense pain over the last few laps.
