Haas confirm Magnussen as Mazepin replacement

Haas have confirmed Kevin Magnussen's return to the team for the 2022 Formula One season following the sacking of Russian driver Nikita Mazepin. The US-owned team dismissed Mazepin after coming under immense pressure to act following his country's invasion of Ukraine, with sport around the world cutting ties with Russia. Magnussen raced for Haas for four seasons before the team let him go at the end of the 2020 campaign, but the Danish driver now returns on a multi-year deal to race alongside German Mick Schumacher when the season starts in Bahrain on March 20 - live on Sky Sports.
