BREAKING | Andretti submitted request to FIA for own F1 team
Andretti is going to take a shot at Formula 1 after all. Michael Andretti has submitted a request to the FIA to start his own team starting in 2024, father Mario reported on Twitter. Andretti is a well-known name in auto racing, but mainly in America. Mario Andretti won the Indy 500 and the Formula One World Championship as a driver and saw his son Michael drive thirteen more races in F1 for McLaren. Now the Andretti name really seems to be returning to Formula 1. Andretti in F1 First there were rumors about a possible takeover.
