Steiner: "We will improve, because we can't get any worse"
The 2021 Formula One season was not a success for the Haas team. The drivers qualified and raced at the back of the field and didn't get a single point in the end. Guenther Steiner talks about how he keeps his team motivated. Steiner stresses that 2022 should be a significant improvement, as all the focus has been on the development of the car. That was not the case this season, so the poor results were no surprise. From next season the new regulations will be introduced. The Haas team boss explains how he continues to motivate his team.
