Masi unimpressed: 'When someone claims that, it's very insulting'

Formula One race director Michael Masi has had a tough weekend. He came under heavy fire for his decision to only take out some of the cars with a lap gap between Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen, and then allow the race to continue for one final lap. It came in for a lot of criticism from the Mercedes team, but Masi is unimpressed by the accusations. Masi experiences statements Mercedes as insulting Hamilton claimed that the result of the race was manipulated by Masi's decision, but he is not aware of this.
