Oscar Piastri champion in Formula 2 with two races to go!
Oscar Piastri is the champion of Formula 2 in 2021! The Australian's third place in the first race in Abu Dhabi was enough for him. Piastri is the successor of Mick Schumacher, who became champion last season. Piastri succeeds Schumacher There are still two races to go in this Formula 2 season, but nobody can catch up with Piastri when it comes to the championship. The Prema Powerteam driver had enough with his third position in the first sprint race of the weekend. Piastri will not move straight into Formula 1 after his F2 championship, although he will test for Alpine F1 Team and is the French team's reserve driver.
