Official statement about Fittipaldi and Pourchaire, Piastri wins F2 race

Sunday at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit started with chaos. The Formula 2 race was stopped twice after a crash, of which the fate of those involved is not yet clear. Then there was confusion about the result of the shortened race. Statement of Formula 2 and FIA Meanwhile Formula 2 and the FIA have issued an official statement about the condition of Fittipaldi and Pourchaire. As reported earlier both drivers are conscious and have been taken to hospital. More clarity on the condition of the drivers is expected during the evening.
