Stewards set time for Mercedes hearing in Brazil

Article To news overview © Mercedes The stewards have set a time for Mercedes to be summoned before track action resumes at the Brazilian Grand Prix following an investigation into Lewis Hamilton's car. It has been confirmed that a team representative is required to attend a hearing at 10:30 local time, which is 13:30 in the United Kingdom and 14:30 for much of Europe, after Hamilton was referred over a possible Drag Reduction System (DRS) infringement following Friday's qualifying. Issues arose when FIA F1 Technical Delegate Jo Bauer checked Hamilton's W12 car. As a result, his rear wing was impounded overnight ahead of the hearing on Saturday.
