Hamilton: 'I was a victim of racism by the crowd and nobody said anything'
Lewis Hamilton has become the most successful Formula 1 driver of all time and the Brit seems to be at home in the premier class of motor sport. However, this was not always the case. The Mercedes driver says in an interview with Wall Street Journal Mercedes driver even says that he was unhappy in the beginning of his Formula 1 career. Hamilton unhappy Hamilton entered Formula 1 at McLaren in 2007 and was immediately competing for the big prizes. That season he finished second in the world championship, just one point behind Kimi Raikkonen. A year later he became world champion for the first time.
