Tech Draft: Where did Mercedes speed come from in FP1?
For many, the biggest technical story of the 2021 United States Grand Prix was Mercedes coming out of the box on Friday in FP1 with a nearly one-second advantage over their nearest competitor and abruptly losing it, never to be recovered.
