Data Crunch Sochi: Final six laps of mayhem analysed
Hidden away from the lead battle, every team and driver was battling in their own race within the race at the 2021 Russian Grand Prix, then the rain began to fall around lap 46 with bittersweet consequences. What was missed from numerous Sochi post-race analyses' has been how each Formula 1 team and their drivers handled the final half dozen laps, the decisive rain-affected portion of the race.
