Montoya on 'lucky' Verstappen: "He had a terrible day"
That Formula 1 can be tough and have no mercy was made clear in the final stage of the Russian Grand Prix. Where his teammate Daniel Ricciardo won the race prior to Sochi in Monza and Lando Norris had to settle for second place, the young Briton seemed to be heading for his first Grand Prix victory in Russia. Until the Russian skies broke and Norris saw his win slip through his fingers.
