Perez must start from pitlane due to all-new Honda engine

There have been rumours that Sergio Perez will have to start from the back, but now the FIA has announced that Red Bull Racing's Mexican will have to start from the pitlane. His entire engine will be replaced for a new specification, the fourth in line. Perez is not the only one who will have to start from the pitlane as Nicholas Latifi has also had to replace parts outside of the Parc Ferme regulations. More soon...
