Binotto rues missed opportunity for Ferrari at Spa

Article To news overview © Ferrari Ferrari Team Principal Mattia Binotto was left to wonder what might have been at the Belgian Grand Prix, as the Scuderia weren't given the chance to bounce back from a poor qualifying performance in a rain-shortened race. Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz were slated to start the race from ninth and 11th on the grid at Spa-Francorchamps, however awful weather conditions meant that only two laps were completed behind the Safety Car before the race was called off.
