Toyota on front row for the 24 Hours of Le Mans, De Vries takes P4
Nyck de Vries was unable to take pole in the LMP2 class for the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The new Formula E champion had some bad luck with a red flag, and saw a former FE champion take the fastest time. On Saturday night at Le Mans it was time for the Hyperpole. One day after qualifying, the fastest six teams per class come into action to determine who will start from pole in that class. The first row of the grid is once again occupied by Toyota's Hypercar. Former Formula 1 driver Kamui Kobayashi was almost three tenths of a second quicker than his colleague Brendon Hartley.
