Full results FP2: Bottas is the fastest, Verstappen follows on P3
After the first free practice where Max Verstappen was just faster than both Mercedes drivers, he had to settle for third place in the second free practice. The Dutchman was not satisfied with his Red Bull. Mercedes seems to be fast so far. Verstappen set a time of 1:17.310, three tenths slower than Valtteri Bottas' fastest time. Honda is doing well with Pierre Gasly in sixth place. Tomorrow will show whether Mercedes is actually faster than Verstappen, or whether the Dutchman manages to set the fastest time during qualifying.
