The Finn - who joined the team in 2017 - is potentially facing the prospect of losing his seat at the Silver Arrows in 2022, with Toto Wolff having previously said that it will either be Bottas or George Russell who races alongside Lewis Hamilton next year. Whilst Bottas has received some criticism at times, Hakkinen is full of praise for how the 31-year-old has handled the job of competing against Hamilton.
