Hamilton sticks by British GP move: I wouldn't change it

Article To news overview © F1 Although Red Bull have been vocal in their criticism of Lewis Hamilton's attempted pass of Max Verstappen at the British GP, the Mercedes driver made it clear he wouldn't change anything about what he did. The two championship contenders came together at Copse on the opening lap at Silverstone, which resulted in the Dutchman slamming into the wall after a 51G impact. Christian Horner and Helmut Marko both let it be known that they weren't happy with the move, but when asked about Red Bull's response, Hamilton stated that after reviewing the matter he's comfortable with his actions.
