F1 announces scholarship, apprenticeship, and intern placements for underrepresented groups
F1 has announced engineering scholarships for ten students from underrepresented groups including ethnic minorities, women, and those from under-privileged backgrounds. The official press release reads as follows: Following the launch of Formula 1's #WeRaceAsOne initiative last year we set out our plans to increase diversity and inclusion across Formula 1, in addition to the wider plans we set out in our diversity and inclusion strategy in 2019.
