2022 still too early for McLaren F1 title challenge

McLaren team principal, Andreas Seidl, has cooled any renewed hope that the Woking team will be able to challenge for silverware again as early as 2022. Still searching for their first taste of title success since 2008, McLaren are firmly on the road to recovery with year-on-year improvement for the last four seasons and more encouraging signs coming in 2021.
