Ricciardo satisfied: 'Tonight I have earned a few schnitzels'

Daniel Ricciardo can look back on a good first day in Austria. In the morning the Australian had to settle for 12th, but in the afternoon he was right up there with the second quickest time, behind only Max Verstappen. Quite a good afternoon In front of the Sky Sports F1's cameras, Ricciardo was satisfied with Friday's sessions. "It was quite a good afternoon," the McLaren driver revealed. "We had a good day and the speed with little fuel in the tank looks very promising. With a lot of fuel on board there is still some time to be gained but overall we had a productive afternoon."
