Aston Martin fear "real and serious problem" with Pirelli tyres after Baku failures

Otmar Szafnauer has expressed concern there is "a real and serious problem" with Pirelli's tyres after claiming Aston Martin adhered to all guidelines in the Azerbaijan Grand Prix.
