Aston Martin seeking 250 staff for F1 team expansion

Aston Martin have signalled their intent to become a front running Formula 1 by setting out to recruit 250 extra staff to bolster the existing team contingent at the Silverstone factory. Fresh from their popular podium finish with Sebastian Vettel's second place at the 2021 Azerbaijan Grand Prix, team boss Otmar Szafnauer revealed the team's forthcoming plans in an interview with F1.com. He said: 'We’ve added a significant amount of people since we were Force India. The new factory is on track, we have started building already, and it’s a big, big programme to recruit even further.
