Wolff: Brutal transparency within Mercedes

Toto Wolff's management style was called into question by archrival Christian Horner recently, the Red Bull boss claiming his counterpart was not shy to roast his staff through the media, but the Mercedes team boss maintains his way is the right way. Quoted by GPFans, Wolff explained his team's methods and key factor: 'Brutal transparency within the organisation. We need to be able to learn from our mistakes because there are just two options.
