Gasly makes huge impression: ''He is one of the absolute top drivers for me''
Since his returnPierre Gasly has been the clear leader of AlphaTauri. The Frenchman would like to move up a gear and compete for the world title, but Franz Tost hopes to keep his best driver. Gasly was given the chance at Red Bull Racing in 2019, but after just six months he was pushed aside. Since then, he has scored three podium finishes at AlphaTauri, including one win. He is among the best drivers on the grid according to his team boss Tost.
