Magnussen outlines what he'd want before considering F1 return
Article To news overview © Haas Kevin Magnussen has explained that he'd need to be guaranteed a car that could win races before he'd consider a return to Formula 1. The Dane, who left F1 at the end of 2020 after being dropped by Haas, returned to being a race winner on Saturday as he, together with Chip Ganassi Racing teammate Renger van der Zande, won the Saturday race at Belle Isle Park in Detroit in their Cadillac. Now that the winning feeling has returned, Magnussen explained that he'd only return to F1 if he had that opportunity. "If I had a Mercedes or a Red Bull I wouldn't say no," Magnussen told Autoweek.
