Perez after poor qualifying: "We seemed to go backwards"

Sergio Perez once again failed to deliver for Red Bull Racing during qualifying in Monaco. Where Max Verstappen qualified on the front-row, the Mexican driver had to settle for P9. "We seemed to go backwards," Perez said in a conversation with Sky Sports. "We didn’t make the progress we hoped or expected to.
