Pirelli 18-inch F1 tyre testing continues this week

Three Formula 1 teams have remained at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya this week in the aftermath of Sunday's Spanish Grand Prix to test Pirelli's 18-inch tyres set for 2022. Alpine, Alfa Romeo and Red Bull will take part in the test hosted by the F1's exclusive tyre supplier on Tuesday and Wednesday. Alfa Romeo and Red Bull teams will be on track for both days, while the Alpine team will only be around for the first day of proceedings. This will be the fifth test on 18-inch tires this year, the fourth on slick tyres.
