Japanese Grand Prix to remain on F1 calendar following extension
Article To news overview The Japanese Grand Prix will remain at the Suzuka Circuit for at least another three years following a multi-year extension between F1 and race promoter Mobilityland. A favourite of drivers and fans alike, the news means the iconic venue will remain on the F1 calendar until the end of the 2024 season. The famous track has been a series staple since first hosting the event back in 1987. The agreement is part of a strategic and long-term commitment from F1 to help grow the sport in Asia, with Yuki Tsunoda's place on the grid with AlphaTauri helping with that as well.
