Wolff: Mercedes low-rake concept more impacted by rule changes

Mercedes F1 boss Toto Wolff says the Brackley squad's low-rake design has been more impacted by Formula 1's 2021 aero rules compared to Red Bull's high-rake concept. In a bid to cut downforce levels by at least ten per cent, F1 has enforced a series of rule tweaks for this season, the most significant of which is a change in floor dimensions and profile.
