Wolff: Mercedes W12 not yet in the sweet spot
Toto Wolff has admitted that the Mercedes W12 is 'not yet in the super sweet spot', but said the team had improved the car's balance since pre-season testing. Valtteri Bottas and Lewis Hamilton finished second and fourth respectively in free practice one, with Max Verstappen topping the timing sheets for Red Bull. Mercedes look to be playing catch up after a difficult run in pre-season testing where they completed the fewest laps of any of the 10 teams.
