Hakkinen admits ‘rude' opinion about Ocon

Mar.26 Mika Hakkinen has admitted his opinion about Alpine racer Esteban Ocon is 'a bit rude'. 'I would like to say something positive, but I don't know Ocon that well,' said the 1998 and 1999 world champion in a 2021 season preview for his sponsor Unibet. Ocon, 24, is staying at the Enstone based team this year as it rebrands as Alpine, and will serve as the returning Fernando Alonso's teammate. 'From the outside, based on comments and interviews, he's not necessarily the kind of teammate I would want,' Hakkinen said. 'You need to trust your teammate. You talk and share things.
