Williams CEO sees future world champion in Russell

George Russell sat in the Mercedes for one race last year. The long negotiations between Hamilton and the German racing stable also led to speculation. Would Russell strengthen the team of Mercedes this year. In the end that did not happen. Still Williams CEO Jost Capito says he has seen positive things.
