Haas and Williams reportedly vying for BWT sponsorship

There might well remain a pair of pink cars on F1's grid this season, with Haas and Williams both reportedly courting former Racing Point sponsor BWT. The Austrian water treatment systems company concluded its four-year partnership with Lawrence Stroll's team at the end of last year in the wake of Racing Point's decision to rebrand itself as Aston Martin F1 and drape its car in the legendary manufacturer's historic British racing green. But just under a month before the start of pre-season testing in Bahrain, talks are apparently underway between BWT and Haas involving a transfer of the company's F1 budget and its striking pink glow according to a report from Motorsport.com.
