Red Bull breathing easier as engine freeze appears approved

 After a day of discussion and voting, the advanced freeze in engine development now seems to be a fact, which means good news for Red Bull and Honda. The development freeze appears to have been agreed upon, although further discussions will follow to hammer out all the details.
