Good news for Red Bull, engine freeze seems approved

 After a day of discussion and voting, the advanced freeze in engine development now seems to be a fact, which means good news for Red Bull and Honda. The development freeze appears to have been agreed upon, although further discussions will follow to hammer out all the details. This is reported on Twitter by Racefans.
