Uncertain future for Aitken: "We are looking at a lot of options"
For Jack Aitken, 2020 was a good year. He made his Formula 1 debut at Williams during the Sakhir Grand Prix where he replaced George Russell, who had fallen for Lewis Hamilton. But what now? Three years of Formula 2 Aitken drove a total of three seasons in Formula 2. In 2018 for ART Grand Prix and in 2019 and 2020 for Campos Racing. His best year was in 2019 with three victories and a fifth place in the championship. Last year, however, he did not make it past fourteenth place in the championship and only managed to take the podium twice.
