Schumacher gets extra support from Ferrari in 2021

In the past, Ferrari has always been known to employ mainly arriving stars, but in recent years it has increasingly focused on young talent. Charles Leclerc is of course the best example of this and now Mick Schumacher is also breaking through from their junior programme. The fact that they are now employing one of their best people to accompany these talents shows how seriously they take it. Jock Clear, one of the most experienced engineers at Ferrari, has been Charles Leclerc's 'driver coach' since 2019. As of next season, he will also fulfil this role for the other Ferrari talents. This means that he will not only work with Schumacher, but also with Callum Ilott and Robert Shwartzman....
