Lammers optimistic: 'Next year could be the year of Verstappen'
In 2020 Max Verstappen and Red Bull Racing had actually expected that they could finally have taken on Mercedes. However, apart from two victories, it was another dominant season for the German team. Jan Lammers explains to the dutch newssite AD that next year the chances are better for the Dutchman. "Next year could just be the year of Verstappen. It all looked good during the last race. Max had a clear weekend there. I think we only have the real picture after a few races. Hopefully they will then be able to offer Mercedes competition and sometimes even beat it.
