Hamilton: "I think it’s been an empowering year in freeing myself"
Lewis Hamilton has been looking back on his record-breaking season for Mercedes. Just by matching Michael Schumacher's seven world titles, 2020 was special. But of course, that is not the only thing Hamilton will remember this year. He was a huge voice in the Black Lives Matter campaign and was the leading figure in F1's presence. Hamilton, of course, mentions the coronavirus pandemic and praises the way in which Formula 1 and the teams have dealt with it. However, Hamilton has personally fought against racism in particular.
