Binotto: Haas is not a Ferrari junior team

Ferrari boss Mattia Binotto has insisted that Haas remains a customer team despite news of closer collaboration between the two organisations. The quotes come after it was confirmed that Ferrari would establish a Haas 'hub' at Maranello, with more Scuderia staff set to transfer across to the customer squad. The introduction of a new budget cap from the start of the 2021 season means that Ferrari needs to cut down on personnel, with former head of chassis engineering Simone Resta set to join Haas.
