Binotto looks forward to next season: "We can fight with the new engine"

In 2019, Ferrari was the biggest challenge for Mercedes. Thanks to its fast engine, the Italians were able to keep up with Mercedes and even beat it. In 2020, however, it was a completely different story. The illegal engine from 2019 was no longer allowed to be used and a new one was needed. It did not live up to expectations, so Ferrari fell far back. Team boss Mattia Binotto, however, has put the focus in Maranello on the bike, so he expects them to be back at the top level in 2021. "I can confirm that the results on the test bench are good and that we are doing well around improving performance compared to 2020," Binotto explains to Speedweek.  Read more Coronel confident...
