Perez, Magnussen to take grid penalties in Abu Dhabi

Sergio Perez and Kevin Magnussen are set to start this weekend’s Abu Dhabi Grand Prix from the back of the grid after taking on fresh Power Unit components. Perez, who ran with an old engine en route to his maiden F1 win last weekend in Bahrain, has had a new internal combustion engine, turbocharger and MGU-H fitted to his car. It marks the fourth of each component used this season, exceeding the limit of the number of replacements that can be fitted penalty-free across a campaign.
